![]() ![]() Please, all- The system has to be configured to sandbox and you have to choose, say, a drive letter, and add it to the list to directly save the files. In fact, that should be explained as the first issue, or rather the differences between Windows versions. Surely, there must be a virtual memory within the program to allow this, but I'm not sure if the sandboxing is involved. When you accidentally close the program, you are mistaken in believing that unsaved changes have been lost, but then you open it again, and it appears that the file has been opened This is similar to the way a hibernate PC behaves when the software is running. ![]() ![]() The entire program can be closed at any time and then reopened just as you can with Text Edit Where you left off is where you should begin. It has the advantage of letting you close out the program with no saving, something more difficult to do on a computer. There is one minor feature I like about the Mac version of the program, which is the ability to add files to existing apps With Sound Forge (10), you can take advantage of Lion's features. ![]()
